Inventing the atmosphere before the walls
Savoie Yard is opening its doors for the first time. The owners have the space, the architecture, the vision, even the mood board — but not yet the images to tell their story. The mission covers a large part of the artistic direction, so everything is ready for opening day.
The work began with an analysis of the high-mountain restaurant market, its customers and the ways to stand out in the sector. Selling the dishes' ingredients in a delicatessen corner turned out to be an excellent idea: guests remember the restaurant all the way home, and can even share it outside the restaurant, with hosts or at trade fairs. It also creates an interesting form of upselling that is still fairly rare.
